Data Science Canvas: Evaluation of a Tool to Manage Data Science Projects

Data emerged as a central success factor for companies to benefit from digitization. However, the skills in successfully creating value data – especially at management level are not always profound. To address this problem, several canvas models have already been designed. Canvas usually created write down an idea structured way promote transparency and traceability. some existing science mainly developers thus unsuitable decision-makers communication within interdisciplinary teams. Based on literature review, we identified influencing factors that essential of projects. With information gained, Science was developed expert workshop finally evaluated by practitioners find out whether such instrument could support data-driven creation.
